  • Best Homes Property Management will process a credit report on every person that fills out a rental application, a criminal background check and a Judiciary check, to the best of our abilities, as part of our tenant screening process. 

    We do all advertising on vacant units at no additional cost to our owners.

    Best Homes does have a basic no pet policy with the exception of service or therapeutic animals, with a qualified health care professional's prescription or companion animal defined as elderly tenants need and it is their ONLY companion.

    Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint and we will supply you with an EPA Approved Disclosure of information on lead_based paint and/or lead based paint hazards for you to initial, sign and date.

  • Owner Resources

    We will contact the owner for any cosmetic issues concerning their property; however, we reserve the right to take care of electrical, plumbing or heating and any other emergency situations, immediately without contacting the owner.  In any other circumstances, we process all service orders for general maintenance and repairs for our property owners unit without any mark-up on such service requests.

    The owners do have the opportunity to correct any maintenance issues, unless it is and emergency situation, as long as it is done in a timely fashion with the safety and sanitation for the tenant in mind.
